Aldina Jahić

Aldina is the Operations Manager at Ayn Rand Center Europe, overseeing daily tasks, managing staff, and ensuring projects run smoothly. With a passion for management and education, she started as a teacher of Philosophy and Sociology at Richmond Park Schools of Tuzla before transitioning to an NGO. Drawing from her experiences with organizations like USAID, Save the Children, Students For Liberty, and Association Multi, Aldina excels in management, fundraising, and strategic planning. Notably, she contributed to reforming Bosnia and Herzegovina’s education system. In her role as Operations Manager, Aldina is also dedicated to fostering organizational growth through efficient resource allocation, streamlined processes, and innovative problem-solving.
