The Ayn Rand Center Europe has recently enriched its team with two new talents – Aldina Jahić has joined the organization as Operations Manager, and Marko Šakotić as Program and Fundraising Associate.
In her role as Operations Manager, Aldina Jahić mentors her colleagues’ tasks, manages the team, and ensures the smooth implementation of projects. With a passion for management and education, she began her career as a philosophy and sociology teacher at Richmond Park School in Tuzla before transitioning to the non-governmental sector. Drawing on her experience from organizations such as USAID, Save the Children, Students For Liberty, and the Multi Association, Aldina excels in management, fundraising, and strategic planning. She has made significant contributions to the reform of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s educational system. In her work at the Ayn Rand Center Europe, Aldina is also dedicated to fostering the organization’s growth through efficient resource allocation, optimized processes, and innovative problem-solving.
Marko Šakotić is a student at the Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Belgrade. During his high school years, he was responsible for organizing, implementing, and executing various projects as a member of several non-governmental organizations. He first encountered ARCE in 2023 through the John Galt School project in Serbia, which he coordinated. After a successful collaboration, Marko joined the team as a Project and Fundraising Associate, responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and monitoring of several John Galt Schools in different countries. He also handles the technical, administrative, and organizational aspects related to the fundraising process.
Their addition to the ARCE team brings more expertise and enthusiasm for promoting Objectivism, freedom, and individualism in the region and beyond. We welcome Aldina and Marko and look forward to the future successes they will bring with them.
