We are pleased to highlight that Katarina Vasiljević has been serving as the Executive Director of the Ayn Rand Center Europe for nearly three months. We value her contribution, efforts, and dedication, considering them important for achieving our goals and mission.

Before taking on this position, Katarina was the Chief Operating Officer of the organization. Through her work, she improved processes and team organization, while also fostering employee growth. She graduated in psychology from the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Belgrade.

In addition to her work with ARCE, Katarina works as a supervised psychotherapist, specifically in Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy. “In my work with clients, I am guided by Objectivist ideas and philosophy, which I consider related to the rational position of thinking that I advocate in my work,” Katarina emphasizes. She has participated in numerous trainings and courses on fundraising and strategic planning, building her reputation in the nonprofit sector.

Katarina Vasiljevic’s first trip and conference with the entire team as Executive Director was at ReasonFest in the capital of Georgia, Tbilisi, which was attended by more than 500 visitors. This event was organized as part of LibertyCon, the largest libertarian conference in Europe, attended by over 1000 people.

“I am excited to highlight that my first trip as the Executive Director of the Ayn Rand Center Europe was to Tbilisi, at ReasonFest – an unforgettable event that brought together people from all over the world. I was inspired by the energy and dedication of everyone present as we debated about Objectivist ideas and art. This experience was valuable for me and for the entire team, and I look forward to future opportunities to collaborate in achieving our goals and mission,” said Katarina.
